After creating a job post, you need to click on (sponsor job) button that will appear next to your job post summary in (my jobs) page. That will lead you to the sponsorship page where you can choose the sponsorship plan that you prefer. Then you will pay for your sponsorship plan and that will take your post directly to the sponsored job list.
What happens after clicking on a sponsored job?
After a person clicks on your sponsored job on Jobaroot, He/She will be directed to your job details page where he/she can read and apply to it. You will receive a notification in the website and mobile app and an email whenever someone applies to the job.
Jobaroot is absolutely free of charge. You can create a profile as an employee or an employer apply to jobs or post jobs without any charges. In Jobaroot we have a translation service where we translate all company profiles and posts to English or Arabic languages to maximize the number of applicants to the job post and to make it user friendly for as much user as possible. We also have advance sponsorship modules that can Maximize your hire in no time.
The Website, Android App and IOS App are all synchronized. If you post a Job in any of them it will appear in all of them. And you can use all the functionalities in any of them.

In Jobaroot there are 3 sponsorship modules:
• Sponsor per notification:
◦ With this plan you can send notifications about your post to any number of candidates from our database with your own selection criteria. This plan is the best for fast and urgent hiring.
• Sponsor per time
◦ This will put your job post at the top of the job posts for the duration of time you choose. It is the most convenient plan if you are hiring a large number of employees.
• Sponsor per clicks:
◦ This will put your job post at the top of all posts and will only charge you when a candidate views your post details. This plan is very convenient for limited budgets.
Sponsored jobs are the featured jobs that will appear on Jobaroot homepage in both the website and mobile apps. They will also appear on top of every search result in Jobaroot.
Sponsored jobs gain higher number of views and are ten times more likely make hire than non-sponsored jobs.
